I have been trying to work on a few other projects but now I am back on the sidewalk. We had discussed the drainage issues along the north portion along the back of the existing inlet. I mentioned that we would have our contractor re -grade the area between the sidewalk & flower bed including a portion of the flower bed because it seemed a little low. We will not cause drainage problem for your site. As it is, we will need to reset the water meters which will require more grading in that area than if there were no meters. The easement document includes basic language that requires the City to restore the land back to original condition. "GRANTEE shall, except for removed obstructions, return the surface area of the Easement to its original condition as nearly as practical taking into consideration the nature of the work being performed" If you need anything further please let me know.
