Ms. Baskins and I had earlier communications about the Denton Tap Sidewalk Project. I
thought my communication to her was clear. See the enclosed attachment.
Again, the city can construct the sidewalk and maintain it on my property without an easement
at no cost to me.

P.S. At the time of the Denton Tap Road Project, the sidewalk was to be constructed. I was re-
lived of several feet from the front of my property for the good of the community without pay -
ment...to which I agreed. To my surprise, I was accessed a "property improvement" charge after
the project was completed.
