Hello. My name is Ed Hinson. I am a resident of Coppell living at 264 Enclaves Court. My wife and I
have put in, and have had it accepted, a contract to purchase the home at 524 Rolling Hills Rd in Coppell
(currently owned by Jason and Karen Gorham). I am doing my due diligence on the property and
understand your department worked to design and approve the drainage system in front of the house.
Who may I speak with in the department to better familiarize myself with the work and any potential risks?
