Casey,
It appears that we built the road within the existing ROW, with the expectation that additional ROW or Sidewalk/Utility
Easement would be dedicated when the adjacent property developed and constructed the sidewalk.

Can you let me know if you guys took/purchased any right-of-way along
the west side of Denton Tap Road after 1971 from the Baptist Foundation
(adjacent to Chateaus of Coppell)? Is there a right-of-way map you can
e-mail to me that shows the rights-of-way acquired when Denton Tap Road
was expanded?
