Casey,
Once we receive the filed plat I will process the paperwork for the payment. Checks are written on Friday. If I have the
paperwork in by Tuesday the check will be cut that Friday.
Once the check is cut we will notify the payee that the check is available to be picked up. We will need the tax ID number
of the individual or corporation that the check is made out to for reporting purposes.

Once we file the final plat for Chateaus of Coppell, does the City
immediately write the reimbursement check or is there some other course
of action that needs to occur first?
