As per our previous conversation over the phone, I have attached the proposal from Oncor on the Bethel
Road Conversion. It totals $27,594.77 of which the City of Coppell will be responsible for $13,797.38 payable to
CTMGT — Coppell, LLC. I will pick this check up when notified of its availability. Toll Brothers will be paying to
CTMGT — Coppell, LLC, the other half of the total. Once CTMGT — Coppell, LLC. has received both checks, they
will issue a check for the full amount of the proposal to Oncor. If you have any questions or need other
