Lance,
I submitted the paperwork for payment of the city's portion of this cost. I
had the paperwork returned to me today. Our finance department rejected it
because it did not have an invoice attached. Could you please send this to
me on some sort of official invoice?
Sorry for the inconvenience. I did speak with them and they assure me that
once I submit an invoice it will be paid in the next check cycle.

Mr. Marvin,
As per our previous conversation over the phone, I have attached
the proposal from Oncor on the Bethel Road Conversion. It totals $27,594.77
of which the City of Coppell will be responsible for $13,797.38 payable to
CTMGT - Coppell, LLC. I will pick this check up when notified of its
availability. Toll Brothers will be paying to CTMGT - Coppell, LLC, the

other half of the total. Once CTMGT - Coppell, LLC. has received both
checks, they will issue a check for the full amount of the proposal to
Oncor. If you have any questions or need other information, feel free to
