Mr. Mavin,
I left a message for you on Wednesday regarding the Hunterwood Park proposal that I am working on for Mr.
Elias and I wanted to follow up with an email.
Jim and I wanted to confirm whether or not our proposal needed to include a Waters of the US determination. Mr.
Koch’s notes from his meeting with you and Mr. Elias in early February showed that a Waters determination was
to be excluded. If you could let me know either way I would appreciate it very much.
