We just received the contracts back with the bonds this afternoon. So I now
have a detail of the sign. We will bring the signed contracts with us
tomorrow.
For the sign who is the inspector and his contact number.

I would like the signed contracts back with the bonds if they are ready.
That way once the City Manager signs them they are complete.
Your submittals look fine. The detail for the project sign should be the
last page in the contract documents.
I will have a post dated notice to proceed to give you as well. We are
planning on your time starting on 7/20 and running through 8/23. We don't
mind you starting early, but 8/23 is the day before school starts, so we
want to open the road by then.
