Keith and Albert,
Kimbell Kourt is substantially complete and the roadway is open. Please schedule a final walk through as soon
as possible so we can try and complete the punch list before the start of school.
I will be working on the final bill within the next few days and right now I know there will be quantity over runs on
sidewalk and driveways. I will let you know if there is anything additional once I put final numbers together.
