Subject: Performance Bond Alexander Court cc 1796 - Amount of $4508
Attached find draft of agreement for a bond that needs to go to our insurance rep. I’m leaving at 5pm for
Oklahoma and would appreciate your help on this. We must have the bond in place by Friday in order to obtain
building permits. Sorry for the rush, but we didn’t know about this until late morning today. Closed on the lots
about noon. In my absence, please communicate with Karen and /or Larry Jackson.
The bond is for 100% of the amount spent to construct the controls which totals $8950. Also attached is a list of
these expenses and copies of the invoices.
The bond should be sent to the city of Coppell (address on the bond) to the attention of Keith Marvin, Project
Engineer. Thank you for your help.
