I have passed your request on. We do have a concern of providing you
with CAD files that do not reflect the as-built mark-ups from the
contractor. We did request a copy of the contractors' mark-ups so we
can see the extent of changes made to the original utilities during
construction. We will get back with you shortly.

I have been talking with Scott about drawings for the Town Center Plaza
project you worked on for our Parks Department. We need to get an
electronic copy of these drawings so we can import the utilities into
our GIS database.
If you have access to these drawings could you send them to Scott or I.

person.
