Can you give me a call regarding required depths of franchise utilities? For some reason our contractor
believes the city is mandating that the phone lines along SH 121 be lowered to a specific depth. I'd like to
discuss this with you if you have a quick moment.

That is not an acceptable installation.
Please refer to City of Coppell standard details. A 2" meter shall be installed per detail 4155. No bypass
will be permitted. Simply change the tapping saddle and corp to a tapping sleeve and valve.
