Dear Mr. Bryan:
On November 18, 1985, Commissioners Court approved Court Order #851819,
which authorized the County to execute the City/County agreement with the
City of Coppell for the improvements to Beltline Road (from IH 635 to Denton
Tap Road). The County's share of the cost of this project will not exceed
$700,000.00.
The project has been underway since March 1987, and the percentage of work
completed is 17.56%. Please find attached a copy of application for payment,
which was prepared by our City Engineer, Wayne Ginn, Inc. Based upon the
percentage of work completed, the City hereby requests a reimbursement of
($700,000 X 17.56%) $1ZZ,9Z0.00.
