Dear Mr. Skipwith:
This letter is written as a follow -up to our telephone conversation on February 17, 1998 in which
we discussed the possibility of Albert Halff Associates providing some floodplain review services
for the City of Coppell. As you indicated in our conversation a speedy turnaround would be
possible for the enclosed study.
The contractual amount that the City charges the applicant for the review is $1,000. Therefore,
you should provide the review and a report of any deficiencies in the study to the City of
Coppell, along with an invoice for $1,000.
