Our construction plans are 90 percent complete and we are
finalizing them at this time. I have attached a copy of a letter
from Mr. F. Eugene Middleton, Project Manager, Kimley-Horn and
Associates, Inc., which identifies specific items to be completed.
If you have any further questions about this project, please feel
free to contact either Mr. Middleton or Mr. Steve Goram, our
Director of Public Works. Mr. Goram may be reached by telephoning
462-0022, extension 270. We will provide you a final report and
final statement when the project is complete.
