I met with Eugene Middleton of Kimley-Horn & Associates, who is the
Project Engineer for this project. Attached, please find a copy
of his status report dated September 18, 1990.
Please note that the construction plans are 90% complete, and
Eugene is finalizing the subject plans per Staff's comments. As
indicated in Eugene's letter, there are several items that are not
included in this contract, such as landscaping, street lighting,
utility relocation, etc.
This construction plan will be completed in the next few weeks and
the engineer will provide quantities and engineer's cost estimate.
There are two sets of plans available to us and per your direction,
I will send a set to DART, if needed.
