All pe~nent signage are in place thanks to the efforts of Dana Kamp our Signs/Signals Technician. MacArthur Blvd. (North of IR/R) will have its buttons in place this week and a final walk through has been scheduled for I)-27-87 at 1p.m.. The only item left to complete is the railroad crossing installation and energizing thel~controller, which the railroad will do. Jean Maier and I have had several conversations with Dave Andrew of St. Louis and Southwest Railroad. I was previously told by Dave on 7-27-87 that es soon as they completed their emergency repairs in Tyler they would start the' Coppell site. The latest conversation was 1)-25-87 when Jean Maier was told by Dave Andrew "We will be there when we get there". At this time ~ have no idea when the railroad intends to complete their crossing.
