90 percent complete. The remaining items to be considered involve a proposed retaining wall
along Woodridge Section II; utility relocations (gas, telephone, electric, etc.); signage and
pavement markings; irrigation and landscaping; preparation of a final quantity take-off and
specifications; and engineer's estimate of probable cost.
Several of the items remaining are beyond the scope of put original contract and will require
your authorization to complete. After notice to pro,d, it will take approximately one to two
weeks to finalize the plans. We %ould llke to schedule a meeting to review these items with
you and your staff.
