Your comments on the construction plans for the intersection improvements at Sandy Lakek
Road and MacArthur Boulevard have been received and reviewed by our office. The X
majority of the comments include items that are not a part of our original contract dated-.
August 10, 1989. Under the scope of our o}iginal contract, we are still required to prepare
a quantity take-off and an engineer's estimate of probable cost. The additional service items
would include details and structural design for the retaining walls, underground utility
relocations, signage, pavement markings, irrigation and landscaping.
We would like to schedule a meeting at your convenience to discuss the additional service
items and to finalize the construction plans.
