Dear Mr. Griffin:
We are enclosing six original sets of Changer Order Number 2 to the City of Coppell's contract with AUI
General Contractors for the construction of the Addition of Pump Number 4 to the Village Parkway Pump
Station. Change Order Number 2 covers the extra work and cost associated with the installation of a new
pressure tap in the meter vault and the adjustments required to the suction piping for Pump Number 4.
If the change order is acceptable, please have all six sets executed on behalf of the City of Coppell and return
three sets to this office. We are available to discuss this project further at your convenience.

INTENT OF CHANGE ORDER
The intent of this change order is to modify the provisions of the contract entered into between the City of
Coppell, Texas and Architectural Utilities, Inc., P.O. Box 11586, Fort Worth, Texas 76110, for the Addition
of Pump No. 4 at the Village Parkway Pump Station, dated December 14, 1999.
DESCRIFHON OF CHANGE
This change covers the installation of W' tap in 36" pipe for pressure transmitter, and the modification of the
suction piping required for Pump No. 4.
