This memo is to serve the function of placing subject project into
the Public Works Department's Tickler Management System.
This project was started when the City of Coppell applied for and
received $19,000 for the engineering design of subject
intersection. The funds were available before the Coppell
referendums.
We secured the services of Kimley-Horn to perform these services
(contract attached).
To date, the project is 90% complete. The attached letter dated
Dec. 4, 1989 has been reviewed and our response will be provided
on or before February 23, 1990. We would anticipate that final
work be completed by March 15, 1990.
Next check date will be March 15, 1990.
