Several questions have come up during the design which need to be answered or resolved prior to final completion of the plans. The questions or comments are as follows: 1. The existing right-of-way on Sandy Lake Road is 100 feet, except for the area along Lakeside Village where it is 105 feet. This right-of-way will allow for a six-lane divided section with single left-turn lanes. Any changes in the street section would require additional right-of-way. 2. The right-of-way dedication on MacArthur Boulevard north of Sandy Lake is still needed to verify its location. 3. Are sidewalks and wheel chair ramps to be placed with this construction? 4. Are pave stones to be used within this intersection? 5. Hydraulic information on the existing creek parallel to Sandy Lake Road is needed for the street storm sewer system. 6. Will all pavement markings and signage be done by the City or as a part of this contract? 7. Will any underground utility relocation be required as part of this contract'? 8. Retaining walls will be required along the south side of Sandy Lake Road next to the drainage ditch from Station 4+50 to MacArthur Boulevard.
