After review of the Fee Assessment Letter dated September 10, 2007, we would like to
request a reduction of the calculated roadway impact fee based on the following
information.
The proposed CV S/Pharmacy store size is 12,900 S.F. We are reducing the size of the
existing retail to 1,658 S.F. We are also demolishing the existing 2,600 S.F. convenience
store on site. This will result in a net add equal to 8,642 S.F. of building space.
Based on these figures and your fee calculation page, we believe the total roadway
impact fee should be $10,266.70.
