Dear Sir:
At the time the accident occurred it was about 4:00 am. We
did contact the Coppell Police Department and were referred
to City Hall.
The accident occurred directly in front of the cement company
on Beltline Road in Coppell.
As we were leaving Coppell I noticed several cars on the side
of the road in front of the cement company with flat tires.
I am sure this had something to do with the rocks.
