NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Mr. Grant:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project on or
before October 4, 2010. You may begin with activities such as mobilization, potholing for
utility locations, or any work that does not impact traffic or necessitate closing the roadway
prior to that date.
One hundred fifty (150) Calendar Days were bid on this project for the completion of work.
Therefore, if work begins on October 4th then the calendar days on the project will expire on
March 2, 2011. If actual work begins before October 4th, the contract days will be revised
accordingly.
