To Whom It May Concern:
This project is to relocate all of Atmos Energy's gas lines that are affected by the city's
road improvement project along Deforest Lane.
Attached please find four (4) sets of drawings for the subject project. This project
WILL require the cutting of pavement on public property within the City of Coppell.
We would appreciate your approval of this construction. (State Highway permit is not
required.)
We plan to start construction on about October 4, 2010 and anticipate completing the
project by December, 2010.
All paving and rerouting of traffic during construction will be coordinated with the
Traffic Control Department.
