Subject: Material Concerning the Relocation of Beltline 400 feet

As I promised, attached are the materials provided by Genesis
Land Group relating to the possible relocation of Beltline
Road.
This proposal is similar to one rejected by the Council last
year. Mr. Tim House Vice President of Genesis and I met for
approximately one hour on May 20 and discussed his proposal.
I told him that I would be suppling you with a copy of the
materials. In addition, I told him that since this type of
proposal would have a major impact on projects in progress as
well as planned projects, he should have contacted you earlier.
I further stated that since that had not been done, immediate
contact was imperative.
