Box 60 Arlington, Texas 76004 Re: Central Regional Wastewater System Elm Fork Relief Interceptor Project Segment EF -G City of Coppell Project SS 96 -02 Dear Ms. Clower: OCT 1 zi, 1 4q LAND RIGHTS I have received and reviewed the plans submitted for the referenced project. The only area of concern that I have at this time is that in 1996 the City of Coppell requested a Point of Entry generally in the vicinity of Sta. 47 +30. As has been discussed several times with representatives of TRA, the City of Coppell is still interested in that Point of Entry and with the construction of this project would request that a stub -out line to the south be provided to accommodate that Point of Entry. If you should have any questions or need any additional information concerning the Point of Entry request please feel free to contact me at 972/304 -3686. Sincerely, Kenneth M. riffin, P.E.
