Dear Mr. Griffin:
At long last the Elm Fork Relief Interceptor Project Segment EF -G is scheduled for construction
in fall 2004.
have attached a copy of your letter of response from October 12, 1999 which mentions the
requested City of Coppell Point of Entry in the vicinity of Station 47 +30. Attached is a copy of
Elm Fork Relief Interceptor Project Segment EF -G plan page 7 of 27 pages which details a 8
inch stub out at Station 47 +30 as you had requested. I have alerted the TRA project engineer
Mr. Randy Brooks that the stub out and Point of Entry must be a definite construction feature.
have also included a copy of the Point of Entry Information Packet with Point of Entry Request
Form for your completion and return to this office for processing.
The TRA Permit To Construct, Operate And Maintain this segment of the Elm Fork Relief
Interceptor Segment EF -G is hereby submitted for execution by the City of Coppell and return
with your Point of Entry Request. If you have any questions or need any additional information
for completion of the TRA Permit.

Request for Permit
Dear Mr. Griffin:
I have attached two originals of a Permit to Construct, Operate and Maintain document
with respect to the above - referenced project. This permit would give the Trinity River
Authority of Texas permission to lay, construct, install, inspect, operate, maintain, repair,
replace, change, add and /or remove a sanitary sewer pipeline and meter station across
easements, utility lines, fiber optics and other property owned or controlled by the City of
Coppell.
have attached to each permit document construction plan sheets showing the location
and other data for the Authority's project. If you have any questions or need additional
information, please feel free to contact me at (817) 493 -5181.
If you approve of the Authority's project, please have the permit documents executed and
notarized at your earliest convenience. Please retain one of the permit documents for
your files and return the other fully executed and notarized permit to me as soon as
practicable. I appreciate your help in the completion of this important public service
project.
Sincerely yours,

Dear Ms. Clower:

LAND RIGHTS
I have received and reviewed the plans submitted for the referenced project. The only area of
concern that I have at this time is that in 1996 the City of Coppell requested a Point of Entry
generally in the vicinity of Sta. 47 +30. As has been discussed several times with representatives
of TRA, the City of Coppell is still interested in that Point of Entry and with the construction of
this project would request that a stub -out line to the south be provided to accommodate that Point
of Entry.
If you should have any questions or need any additional information concerning the Point of
Entry request please feel free to contact me at 972/304 -3686.
Sincerely,
Kenneth M. riffin, P.E.
