I've attached a copy of that sheet. Also, the correct floodplain map is: map number 48113C0155 J effective date of August 23, 2001. Please revise Ch. 2 Pg. 1 with the correct address and provide three copies that can be inserted in the appraisal. The floodplain did not change from 1994 to 2001 in this area. However, if you choose to change the floodplain info, you need to also revise Ch. 2 Pg. 2 and submit three copies of it. If you have any questions, please contact me at your convenience.
