Dear Mr. Ratliff:
As requested, the proposed paving assessment of $622,537.49 to be
levied on Texas Utilities property within the corporate limits of
Dallas by the City of Coppell has been reviewed by the Department
of Public Works.
The attached analysis by our Paving Assessments Division indicates
a maximum allowable assessment of $125,344.67 for_Texas .Utilities.
The analysis utilized the information provided by Schrader a
Associates in conjunction with current City of Dallas Paving
Assessment Policies. An assessment of $125,344.67 will be submitted
to the Dallas City Council for ratification upon r ..e~e._ipt of an
ordinance frum the City of Coppell which refl-~ts this anount.
Mr. M. D. Owens, Manager of Paving Assessments, telephone 948-4270,
is prepared to discuss the assessment analysis and coordinate the
City of Dallas ratification of any paving assessment levied on
properties within the Corporate Limits of Dallas.
