I just received approval from Austin to go forth with partial execution of the new AFA attached below. The
AFA had to be changed due to the FY 2009 payment language on Attachment A, second paragraph. I am
so sorry I did not notify you sooner.
Please print out two (2) originals, as is, obtain authorized originals and return to me for further processing.

Ken,
TxDOT originally executued an RTR agreement for the City of Coppell on June 11, 2008. However, this
agreement needs to be cancelled and a new agreement issued.
Once TxDOT receives the revised minute order with the new funding amounts to include PE, ROW and
Construction, I will prepare a new draft agreement for your review.
