Dear Mr. Griffin,
On behalf of the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA), please find the enclosed Notice of
Intent (NOI) for Storm Water Discharges associated with the construction of the Sam Rayburn
Tollway (SRT) Segments 1, 2, and 3 Landscape and Irrigation Improvements authorized under
the Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Construction General Permit (TXR150000).
This notice is being provided to advise you of construction activities that could result in a
discharge to your Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) in accordance with the terms
of TXR150000.
Construction of the landscape project and associated features will result in the disturbance of
approximately 18.38 acres. SRT Segments 1, 2, and 3 lie within the cities of Carrollton,
Coppell, Lewisville, The Colony, Plano, Frisco, Allen, and McKinney. All MS4 operators that
could receive storm water discharges from this project are being notified.
