Re: Belt Line Road Street Assessment Program
Dear Mr. Trando:
I am writing to you at the request of Richard Knight, Jr., City
Manager of Dallas, with regard to your request to obtain Dallas'
approval for Coppell levying an assessment on property within the
Dallas corporate limits.
As of the week of February 9th, Schrader and Associates has
provided the City of Dallas with the ordinance, bid tabulation and
a set of paving plans. These it, s will enable the staff to
evaluate the proposed assessment for the property within the
corporate limits of Dallas. Upon completion of this evaluation,
you will be advised of Dallas' position.
Please contact Mr. M. D. Owens, Manager of Paving Assessments at
948-4270 for any progress reports, as needed.
