A short section of 8" sewer line will be constructed with this project -it is located behind CiCi's Pizza and should not impact any existing utilities. Status: Consultant is working on the final plans. Right -of -Way: Right -of -way acquisition for the roadway is complete. No additional right -of -way is ' required for the channel and box culvert construction. Channel plans adequate for utility relocations will be distributed during this meeting. Drainage Easement: Acquisition of the two drainage easements immediately north of Bethel Road has not started - this should not impact utility relocations. Utilities: Need to initiate relocations once the trees have been removed. Roadway is being constructed within the existing right -of -way. Status: 60% plans provided during 10 -41 -04 meeting. Right -of -Way: Acquisition has not started. Only one parcel of right -of -way will be acquired. Utilities: Relocations have not been initiated Estimated Construction Start: 3 Quarter 2006 3 Project: ST 03 -01 Name: Bethel Road II (Loch Lane to Denton Tap) Coppell Road (Cooper Lane to Bethel Road) Design Engineer: Freese & Nichols Scope: ±5400 L.F. - Bethel Road will be two -lane, undivided, 28' back -to -back with improved drainage. The existing culvert at Stream G -1 will be replaced with 4 - 10' x 6' box culverts. ±1900 L.F. - Coppell Road will be two -lane, undivided, 34' back -to -back with improved drainage. The existing culvert at Stream G -1 will be replaced with 4 - 10' x 8' box culverts. Signal improvements at the intersections of Coppell Road and Denton Tap. Hike and bike trail and sidewalk improvements. Status: 60% plans provided during 10 -21 -04 meeting. Right -of -Way: Legal description and plats are complete — acquisition has not started. Utilities: Relocations have not been initiated Estimated Construction Start: 1st Quarter 2007 WATER Project: WA 97 -01 Name: Denton Tap Water Line (Airline Road to Bethel Road) Design Engineer: Birkhoff, Conway & Hendricks Scope: ± 4050 linear feet of 16" water line and appurtenances. The majority of the water line is within Denton Tap Road right -of -way. The water line will be installed along the west right -of -way from Airline Road to Southwest and within the median from Southwest to Bethel Road. Status: Design is 100% complete. Advertise: August 2005 Open Bids: September 2005 Construction Start: October 2005 Utilities: No relocations required, however there are Atmos 3" and 10" gas lines, a Comcast fiber optic line, and telephone lines in close vicinity to the proposed water line.
