referenced project for Construction Manager, Starling Richardson and the Owner, Dallas County
Community College District.
Included in the SWP3 Manual Binder are two original executed Construction Site Notices (CSN) prepared
on behalf of the owner /construction manager. Also included are copies of the respective NOIs which
were filed with the TCEQ (08/17/07) after preparation the SWP3 Manual Binder.
V &V Enterprises will post a copy of the two NOIs and CSNs at the project onsite construction trailer for
Starling Richardson. '
