Market Street, Suite 500 Dallas, TX 75202 RE: The Villages of Old Coppell Construction Plan Review Comments The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: General - 1. Include the plat. Paving Plan- 2. Follow standard construction details for construction joints when connecting to existing paving. 3. Stamped concrete to meet City of Coppell details. 4. Legend shows asphalt paving, we will not allow any asphalt paving unless approved by Council through the SUP process. Grading Plan /Erosion Control - 5. Include the location of the concrete wash -out and indicate on the plans that the contractor is responsible for proper disposal of concrete. 6. The silt fence is subject to field verification and change in locations deemed necessary by the construction inspector. Drainage Plan - 7. The storm drain installation across the service center driveway will be done half at a time with steel plates. 8. It would be ideal to install temporary drop inlets where you are proposing future curb inlets. 9. Is there positive overflow at all the sag points? 10. Review drainage calculations for accuracy. Water Plan - 11. See plan sheet for additional valves. 12. Include the meter sizes and quantities to be installed at this time. 13. Impact fees may change.
