Make sure the water and sewer have legal separation. 2. The water line on Green Haven Ct. exceeds the maximum allowable dead end. 3. Drainage will be evaluated further during engineering plan review. 4. The drainage easement should be a minimum of 20'. 5. Sidewalks should be built with the houses. 6. Lot 1X should line up with the ROW. 7. Include corner clips for BFR. 8. The original sewer line in the easement was abandoned. When 30" SS was installed, the contractor went outside the easement to miss trees and bore. We will need a new easement based on actual sewer line location.
