property into twenty -seven (27) single - family residential Tots and
three (3) common area lots located on the south side of Carter
Drive, approximately 925 feet west of Moore Road, (441 Carter
Drive) at the request of Walter Foss, being represented by Matt
Alexander, Dowdey, Anderson and Associates, Inc.

1. Have the alley tie into Legacy Dr. and not Carter.
2. Curb and gutter will be required on Carter Dr.
3. A drainage system along Carter Dr. should be used to pick up drainage and discharge
in to the creek as it is currently doing today.
4. Sidewalks will be required along Carter Dr. with the development of the houses.
5. Barrier free ramps should be provided on Carter Dr.
6. Show existing driveways on Carter Dr. adjacent to this development.
7. Show existing offsite sanitary sewer adjacent to proposed water line on the west side of
the development.
8. Show sight distance triangles at the intersections.
