Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Clear Creek Lane Paving Improvements Dear Ms. White: As you know Clear Creek Lane is slated for reconstruction in the coming months. The scope of this reconstruction includes new water and sewer lines, new concrete paving, and new sidewalks. The City Council awarded a contract to RKM Utilities at the July 13 th City Council meeting. RKM's contract included the reconstruction of both Heartz Road as well as Clear Creek. Heartz Road is currently under construction. Once construction begins on Clear Creek it is anticipated to take approximately 180 days to complete. Prior to beginning work on Clear Creek Lane the city and contractor will host a neighborhood meeting to discuss the logistics of the construction. At this meeting it is our desire to share information about the project, introduce ourselves, and provide appropriate contact information to those that will be most impacted by the construction. All Clear Creek residents will receive an invitation to this neighborhood meeting within the next 30 days. Should you have any questions between now and then, please feel free to call me.
