Keith,
I just wanted to follow-up on the letter regarding erosion at the 54” Hdwl. and dirt over the sanitary sewer manhole
at Hidden Valley. I went to the site and there is a flower bed all around the Hdwl. & there appears to be a little
erosion on the top side, but not much. Recommended Street Custom Homes to add some dirt and then place
mulch on-top of dirt in this area. If there is more then this, please contact Jim Street (972.393.2078) and he can
have someone meet with Garreth to correct the issue. I gave the info. (Distance from property line, etc.) to Jim on
the manhole and he will have his guys go out and remove the dirt. They said they should have both completed by
the end of the week. They will call me when they are completed.
