Subject: Sidewalk Pavement Repairs
Mr. Dupre,
I received these bids from our Purchasing Department today. I plan to bring an agenda item to our February 24th City
Council Meeting for approval of a contract. In order to do that I need to perform a reference check. Could you please
forward me the following information:
1. Current project experience, including approximate value and completion date of all projects currently under construction.
2. Past project experience, including all comparable projects completed within the past 5 years. Please include location,
completion date, contract information (reference), and completion date.
3. List of equipment to be used on the job and whether it is owned or leased.
4. Evidence of suitable financial status to meet obligations incidental to performing the work. (Current list of assets &
liabilities)
5. Proof that you maintain a permanent place of business.
