Brad,
We have already finalized our City Council Agenda for the Tuesday (1/22/08) meeting. I am not able to make any
additional changes to the interlocal at this point. I agree with the principal of this change, and we will certainly share this
information with the District.
Our Mayor will sign the agreement on 1/22/08. I will then get you signed copies for your board signatures. Once the
District has signed we will need two copies back.
I have the full document here. I tried to email it to you and it was rejected. I can upload it you our FTP site and you can
retrieve it from there.
Send your revision to Raj for inclusion in the plan. Please copy me on the revision so we can let our council know about the
change.
Raj will be producing the final bound documents. You will need to coordinate with him for the appropriate number of
copies for the District.

The District has reviewed the latest draft of the proposed Interlocal Agreement. I have attached markups for your review
and consideration. Let me know if you have any questions or would like to discuss.
If you are in agreement with the District's requested revision, we would like to have the final document ready for the
District's approval and signature at their board meeting on 01/23/08 at noon.
Also, you mentioned that Raj has prepared a revised draft of the SWMP. I understood that you would be forwarding a copy
for District review. Let me know if it would be better for me to get the latest draft directly from Raj.
After reviewing the addition to the Interlocal Agreement regarding MCM 6, we will probably need to add a statement about
the District's activities in the SWMP. How would you like to coordinate that addition?
We will also need to coordinate regarding the submittal of the SWMP. At a minimum we will need final copies for submittal
and to reference in filling out the SWMP Cover Sheet.
