Dear Mrs. Daneshmand:
Graham Associates is the civil engineer representing E-Systems, Inc. I am
requesting the approval of the geometric alignment of Parkway Boulevard and
entrance ramp to S.H. 121 as shown on the attached drawings. Upon your
approval, please forward to the State Highway Department for their review and
approval. As per our meeting, I have enclosed the following:
Proposed geometric alignment of Parkway Boulevard.
Location map of proposed entrance ramp and surrounding
thoroughfares.
Vicinity map locating connection points
Parkway at S.H. 121.
for Royal and Freeport
4. Approved alignment of Parkway Boulevard north of S.H. 121 by
Grapevine. '
5. Letter of consent by adjacent property owner.
I have visited with Mr. Roy Wilshire of Kimley Horn and Mr. K.R. Marshall of
Barton Ashman. In both conversations, they stated that the geometrics have
not been establ(shed for Parkway Boulevard and the exact location of the
thoroughfares along S.H. 121 has not been determined.
I have also met with Mr. Bob Price with the City of Grapevine, and the
proposed alignment of Parkway Boulevard matches their approved location of
Parkway Boulevard at S.H. 121. Therefore, they have no objection to our
proposed alignment.
