Dear Hr. Stab:
I recently met with Hr. Greg Carter, a representative of E-Systems, Inc. Pool
Trust (Pool Trust), the owners of approximately 56 acres immediately adjacent
co the north of my trust property. We discussed the alignment of Parkway
Boulevard from its current intersection with Coppell Road and its future inter-
sect/on with SCare Highway 121 (SH 121). Mr. Carter stated Chat the Pool Trust
is interested in identifying and geometrically f/x/ns the location of thls
future intersection so the the cities of Coppell, Grapevine and the State High-
way Department can make plans accordingly. It is also lo$1cal for us, as
property owners, to know where the SH 121 intersections will be for purposes
of our future planning.
Hr. Carter submitted the enclosed blueltne print prepared by Graham AssoclaCes
(Graham) dated March 1991, (File 97161003-3) which shows Parkway Boulevard
extending from its current location aC Coppell Road co an intersection with
SH 121 where the State Highway Department 18 tn the process of building a high-
way median cuc and crossover. While thls ~ould seem to be the moat logical
terminus, at SH 121, for Parkway Boulevard, as far as concerns the location of
Parkway Boulevard w/chin my trust property, I shall reserve final decision on
the roadway alignment until such tlme as it has been fully studied and is
required.
I also believe a connection between Corporate Park Boulevard and Parkway
Boulevard may be appropriate but since I have not yet platted my crust property,
must also postpone this decision until later date.
