1. Approval to close two lanes each direction along Denton Tap Road for a period of up to 40
calendar days in accordance with the approved Council Resolution. This closure is
necessary for the completion of the intersection improvements associated with the Bethel
Road Project.
2. Providing for an early completion incentive of $2,000 per calendar day for completion in
less than 30 calendar days. Maximum incentive established at $20,000.
3. Providing for liquidated damages in the amount of $2,000 per calendar day for any lane
closures along Denton Tap that extend beyond 40 Calendar Days.
4. Definition of "early completion" is all lanes of Denton Tap, and all lanes of East Bethel
Road open to unimpeded traffic.
5. Providing for payment of additional items listed below as necessary for the completion of
this portion of the project.
