RE: Westfork Addition
Construction Plans (2" Submittal)
Dear Mr. Griffin:
We are resubmitting the construction documents for the Westfork Addition. Below is
a list of explanations to the first round of comments dated August 23, 2010.
Utility Plan:
1. The sanitary sewer will be a service line but we propose to keep a 6" PVC to
ensure an adequate velocity. The existing sewer line being tied into has been
televised and is good condition.
2. This comment has been addressed.
3. The abandonment of the water service will be done by the hired contractor.
4. This comment has been addressed.
Please review and approve the plans for construction.
