Bobby,
The City of Coppell has been pleased with the effort and the results of this year's sidewalk repair contract. At this point I see no
reason why we would not choose to renew the contract.
As you know, most of our sidewalk list consists of resident initiated complaints, with a few additional items added by city request.
At this time the list contains about $65,000 worth of repairs. I would like to wait until after the first of the year and take an agenda
item to City Council to award a contract similar in size to the one we did this year.

I am hoping that we have done a good enough of a job on the sidewalk repairs to
warrant a renewal of the contract. If so, I was wondering what the process would be
and when we might be able to get together to discuss.
It has been an absolute pleasure working with the City of Coppell. We look forward to
continuing the relationship in 2011.
