PUNCHLIST
1. Contractor must cap the end of the pre-existing irrigation
system in the median at the east end of the project.
2. New irrigation system, Station No. 1 - raise and level valve
box.
3. New irrigation system, Station No. 2 - O.K.
4. New irrigation system, Station No. 3 - Repair first
sprinkler head on north side of median and east end of
station.
5. Station No. 4 - O.K.
6. Station No. 5 - Check for valve leak and repair if
necessary. Straighten spwinkler heads which have been run
over in north side of median.
7. Station No. 6 - O.K.
8. Uncover and raise valve stack for fire hydrant at west end
of project.
Note: Street Department comments included as per
conversation with Per Birdsall on 9/4/90 and 9/5/90.
9. Repair settlement of backfill around inlets.
