Oracle Engineering 7012 Lindsley Avenue Dallas, TX 75223 RE: Willow Park nd Construction Plan Review Comments (2 Review) The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: Paving and Profile Plan 1.The stamped concrete does not have to be a 12’ band, see detail 2185. Grading Plan 2.I spoke with Jason Rose at DRC and he informed me that he would be cutting this site down considerably to be able to grade the north portion of the property. We will not allow such a steep slope. You will need to continue the 4:1 all the way through the property or install a retaining wall. The material that has filled this property does not appear to be suitable material. I would think that it would be removed as much as possible. 3. Show section A-A to stand out in the plan, it’s hard to see. 4.Provide a copy of permission to grade on adjacent property. There are other minor comments made throughout the construction plans. Please make the these marked-up plans and two sets of revised plans necessary changes and submit to the City for review.
